Gorm Pedersen is the founder and owner of FINO Group, who has worked with business consulting, communication and education since 2017. FINO advises companies on the execution of growth, strategic plans and can deliver personal targeted training.
I have worked for more than 20 years with management and strategy within the leisure and logistics industry and have a good understanding of the challenges within the SME environment. I have been a managing director, is a board member in several boards and have good insights in the daily challenges a manager or director may have . I have been responsible for launch of new companies. I have helped to change a company culture and change the branding structure, as well as establish effective growth plans. I have lived in 6 different countries and have had the pleasure of visiting 105 countries over the years. I am educated with an MBA from Middlesex University in London and in Tourism Management from Plymouth University
In addition to this, I have the pleasure of teaching young talents at business academies, i.a. CPH Business and thus has close contact with the talent environment in Denmark. I often combine the knowledge and requirements that the ‘new’ employees bring with my advice within companies
